We shall endeavour to deliver your order within 1 - 2 working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specifiy. You should be able to receive your order within 2-3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after shipment date, depending on the shipping courier you have chosen.
Multitools Online Store is committed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature. In the event if your package is lost by the shipping courier and your package has not been insured, we will only replace the lost products with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.

3) Damage or Declared Goods
Multitools Online Store makes sure all orders are carefully packed. In some circumstances, things might just happen. You are required to make a report to us on damaged item(s) in your package within 48 hours after you have received the package. We will not entertain any request if more than 48 hours after you have received the package. Buyer is responsible to ship the defect package to us, and we will exchange (if applicable) then ship the package to your address in the next 2 to 3 working days.
4) Return Policy Or Changes to Products
All goods sold out by Multitools Online Store are NOT returnable and exchangable. Please read the product details ie. sizes , colors, tools carefully before you make the purchase. Sometimes you might need to google search the particular item to have more information to make sure you are getting the right tools in right size. YouTube.com will be your best site to let you view the product in visual and reviews. If there is any manufacturing defect, customer need to make a report to us via email with photo within 48 hours. We will require customer to have the defect package courier to us via POS LAJU MALAYSIA. We will do the necessary inspection, exchange (if applicable) and courier back to your address. 6) Product Warranty
For Victorinox, all knives and tools to be of first class stainless steel and also guarantees a life time against any defects in material and workmanship (save for electronic components 2 years). Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee.
Any defects of Victorinox product that you purchased from us, please read the following:
1) Please send an email and describe your product defects to us via email, best if you could attached photos
2) Please provide your record of purchase from my store (this is compulsory)
We will inspect for any defects and your product is either repaired or even replaced.
For True Utility, product warranted against defects in materials & workmanship by True Utility under terms & conditions for 2 years from date of purchase. If defective during warranty period, product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty doesn’t cover: water damage, improper handling, battery life, bulbs, flame consistency & colour clarity, colour finish, accidents, wear & tear. Proof of purchase is required.
Please follow the below steps when returning any TRUE UTILITY products covered under the above warranty:
When sending your tool, please ensure that you label the package clearly. We cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us. Please include: The tool, proof of purchase, reason for return, contact information, your name and return address. Make sure all your correspondence is legible so we can deal with your request as quickly as possible.
We recommend using a recorded delivery service to best ensure arrival of your parcel.
Once your product is either repaired, replaced or if product is discontinued, replaced with an item of equal value, we will post it by 1st class Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery (depending on value of item. We will strive to return your product as quickly as possible, please be patient at busy times of the year.
